I don't play golf. Can I still get this right?

Yes — the shop is built for you. Ask him where he played last weekend and you have the course. Everything except the tee and the hoodie is one size or no size, so there's nothing to measure and nothing to return.

What if I don't know his course?

Write to us before ordering. If he posts his rounds anywhere, or if you know his club, we can usually work it out together.

Do you have every course?

We draw each one to order from its scorecard, so yes — any course in the United States with a published layout, public or private, famous or the nine-holer down the road.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is included in the price on every order, with no minimum. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

How long does it take?

Two to five business days to make, then three to five to ship. Embroidered pieces sit at the longer end — real thread takes longer than ink.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by December 12. After that we can't promise it lands in time, and we'd rather say so than take the order.

I made a typo. Can you fix it?

Nothing goes into production for 24 hours. Email us in that window and we'll correct it for free.

Will my gift set arrive in one box?

Yes. Sets are packed and sent together. A mixed order of separate items sometimes arrives in two parcels a day apart — it costs you nothing extra either way.

Can I see it before it's made?

Ask and we'll send you a proof by email before production. It costs nothing and it's the surest way to catch a wrong date.

Is it really made in the U.S.?

Printed, embroidered and shipped from facilities in the United States. Domestic delivery, no customs, no six-week wait.

Do you do tournaments and corporate gifts?
