I don't play golf. Can I still get this right?
Yes — the shop is built for you. Ask him where he played last weekend and you have the course. Apart from the four garments (the tee, the hoodie, the polo and the quarter-zip), everything is one size or no size, so there's nothing to measure.
What if I don't know his course?
Write to us before ordering. If he posts his rounds anywhere, or if you know his club, we can usually work it out together.
Do you have every course?
We draw each one to order from its scorecard, so any 18-hole course in the United States with a published layout — public or private, famous or not. A nine-hole course works too: we draw it as it's played for eighteen, the nine holes twice. Just say so in the note when you order.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard shipping is included in the price on every order, with no minimum, anywhere in the United States — all fifty states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
How long does it take?
Every order waits 24 hours so you can correct a typo. Then two to five business days to make it, and three to five to ship. Plan on six to eleven business days from order to doorstep in the contiguous United States. Embroidered pieces sit at the longer end; Alaska, Hawaii and the territories take a few days more.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 10 for delivery by Christmas Eve in the contiguous United States, and by December 7 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the territories and APO/FPO addresses. These dates follow our production partner's and the U.S. Postal Service's published holiday cut-offs, with a margin. Carriers don't guarantee holiday delivery, so earlier is always safer — and if you ask for a proof, add a day or two.
I made a typo. Can you fix it?
Nothing goes into production for 24 hours. Email us in that window and we'll correct it for free.
Will my gift set arrive in one box?
Not always. Each piece is made in the workshop that specializes in it — a print, an embroidered hat and a mug don't come off the same machine — so a set can arrive in two or three parcels, usually a few days apart. Shipping is free either way, and every parcel has its own tracking number.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. Tick “Email me a proof before production” on the product page. We email you the proof and start only once you reply to approve it. It costs nothing, and it can add a day or two to delivery.
Is it really made in the U.S.?
Every piece is printed or embroidered to order, and shipped, from our production partner's facilities in the United States. Some of the blank goods — towels, desk mats, apparel — are manufactured abroad before we decorate them here, which is why we say “printed in the U.S.” rather than “made in the U.S.”. Domestic delivery, no customs.
