Production & shipping

Every piece is made to order in the United States. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why each one can carry a different name.

Shipping is free

Standard shipping is included in the price on every order, with no minimum. There is no shipping line to be surprised by at checkout.

How long it takes

Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 3–5 business days after that

Plan on 5 to 10 business days from order to doorstep. Embroidered pieces sit at the longer end of that range.

Christmas

Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas.

More than one parcel

A print and a mug are made on different machines, so a mixed order sometimes arrives in two parcels a day or two apart. It costs you nothing extra either way. Gift sets are always packed and sent together.

Where we ship

The 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the country — carriers charge several times the normal rate for those, and we would rather say so plainly than build it into everyone's prices.
